I would like to thank Sun Up Services for repairs performed on our outside ac unit. Cliff came out and was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional explaining options. He was able to fix immediately as they had the part at the office. Eighteen days later our AC went out again, we thought it was related. Kenny came out and found the problem which had nothing to do with the first at all. Again, Kenny explained our options, we picked to repair (soldering) the coil. Sun Up gives you options and I must say are very honest, we highly recommend. The office staff is fantastic along with the technicians that have been at our house. I have lived here 48 years, Sun Up is the first AC company that tech's come out at extended hours, the prices are better than fair and they fix things when they get there. Ethan the service engineer that removed and fitted new evaporator, did an absolute great job. He was very professional, experienced and courteous. I would recommend SunUp Services and Ethan anytime!

Shawn and his crew do a fantastic job. Everyone is very professional and personable. They are always prompt and are genuinely good people all around. The maintenance price is very inexpensive.

Exceptional service. Sent a text after hours and was replied to immediately. Ethan showed up exactly when he said he would, listened to the problem I was having, and handled it with professionalism and quickness. Had my air working within minutes!
